Major Responsibilities: 
1.Support overall strategy development. 
2.Support the development and implementation of strategies for each of the current and new JVs (this requires regular visit to the local operations and markets). 
3.Close cooperation with other functions in Carlsberg China and the management of local operations for ensuring the best execution of the strategic plans (and the action plans). 
4.Update and improve the relevant action plans and follow up actions continuously. 
5.Tracking of performance according to plans. 
6.Prepare updates and presentations of plans. 
7.Develop and implement templates for e.g. strategy plans and action plans 
8.Participate in strategy meetings with management 
9.Lead and/or or participate in relevant project teams (in relevant regions and Hong Kong HQ)

1、发现销售运作存在的问题，寻找业务发展机会，向公司管理层提出项目建议及改进计划，促进整体销售业绩的提高和商业的持续发展。 
2、实施项目计划，督导项目进展，回顾项目成果，确保项目成功。 
3、针对销售运作和项目的实施，向中国区总部提交月度工作报告，加强当地品牌与总部的联系与沟通。 

职位要求： 
1、学士学位或以上，商业、市场营销或经济管理专业为佳。 
2、3至8年快速消费品行业工作经验，跨国啤酒企业工作经验者为佳。 
3、具有丰富的销售和市场项目管理经验和知识，对快速消费品的品牌和渠道销售有深入的理解和认识。 
4、具有良好的分析能力，熟练运用Excel工具进行数据分析。 
5、独立、灵活地工作，优秀的人际沟通能力，能承受压力。 
6、有不断学习和自身发展的愿望，能进行概念性和策略性思考。 
7、具备良好的中、英文口头表达和书写能力，掌握良好的沟通/表达/呈现技巧。 
8、愿意接受相对艰苦的生活环境，勇于面对挑战，喜欢了解并能适应各地地方文化。 
9、愿意配合工作需要，长期出差。
